Kelli Soll

Kelli’s professional background has motivated her deep passion for understanding the intricacies of human connection and organizational development – locally and globally. She is in her element when strategies and development plans need a roadmap, and is fueled by implementing a vision. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Iowa State University and a Master in Public Administration from Boise State University.

At Rathbone Falvey Research, Kelli’s work creates a steady cadence for the team, unifying team performance, ensuring optimal support for clients and research initiatives, removing barriers for growth, and developing new strategic business development initiatives.

Outside of work, Kelli loves to plan unique travel opportunities, mountain bike in the beautiful Boise foothills, and backpack throughout the state of Idaho with her partner.
